Through Source Seminars I found my true self. I have always known where I wanted to go, how I wanted to get there and what I needed in order to succeed. I had a set of core beliefs that influenced these goals. However, taking the training forced me to question everything. I gained a new perspective on my life from which I had the opportunity to weigh what was really important. I reduced my stress level by huge quantities. I healed deep emotional wounds that I didn’t even realize that I had been packing away. I learned to follow my intuition and nurture my heart.
